The Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers MS and PhD degrees in Computer Science, and an MS degree in Computer Engineering (jointly with the ECE Department). The department also offers a joint Bachelor of Science + Master of Science degree in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering, where students that are excelling in their undergraduate degrees can finish an expedited MS degree in one additional year.
The department has over 35 research active faculty who are leaders in their fields and that run exciting state-of-the-art research labs in many areas of Computer Science and Engineering.
